Consumers' rights are everyone's rights. It is important for the European Parliament to stand up for people in the face of the massive power wielded by big businesses. It is particularly important that goods and services should be sustainable and should not compromise the rights of future consumers. It should be made easy, not hard, and affordable, not expensive, for consumers to act sustainably.
